 Having an experienced and knowledgeable planning committee we can offer customized as well as comprehensive healthcare training programs. We are able to provide ceu’s to Nursing Home Administrator’s, nurses, therapist, dietary, and activity/social service professionals. CEU's vary by discipline and seminar. We are members of the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators, Missouri League of Nurses, MDS support group in St.Louis, MHCA, MoAha, and various other national organizations. PHC also participates monthly in the SNF Forum conducted by CMS.

Online Registration: Seminar and Teleconference registrations are done online with limited onsite seminar registration at an additional fee of $25. Group registrations can not be done online, please call 636-724-7539 for assistance.
Confirmation email will be sent once registration is submitted. Seminar substitution allowed with 72 hours notice prior to seminar date. Seminar cancellation allowed with 72 hour notice prior to seminar date less $25 administrative fee. No cancellation or refunds of teleconference upon receipt of call-in numbers and access codes.
Anyone with special needs please contact the agency 5 days prior to event date. Seminar registration fees include hand-out materials, CEU’s(where applicable), certificates, attendance prizes, and beverage breaks. There will be also discount coupons awarded at each seminar session for future sessions and services. Lunch will be on your own.
Teleconference registration fees include toll-free access number, access code, hand-out materials, CEU's (where applicable), certificates of attendance (upon receipt of evaluation), and evaluations.
Online Product Purchases:Products purchased online include shipping and handling. Products are shipped by ground transportation. A status email will be sent when order is filled. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. |
