Overview
Participants will receive comprehensive 3-day training on the RAI process. They will be provided with practical knowledge and hands-on training. They will gain the ability to accurately code the MDS and complete the required components to maintain compliance under PPS and OBRA. The role and duties of the MDS, Careplan, or Assessment Coordinators will be discussed. MDS scheduling, FTags, RAPs, Triggers, and Careplans will be understood at the end of the session. Simple tips and resources will be provided during the session on how to conduct careplan meetings and how to complete discharge planning. Participants will be able to identify and produce QI, QM, and QA reports. Updates to the RAI manual and MDS changes will be provided.This Seminar is Full
